We are emerging from a period framed by trauma, infused by calls for greater social justice, informed by heightened awareness of the climate crisis, inconvenienced by discontinuous globalization, and impacted by the precariousness of our collective health and wellbeing. For many cultural leaders, the future has never seemed so unforeseeable, and yet alongside radical change, we find innovation and the potential to enable widespread access, equity, and understanding.

Reflecting on their own experiences, cultural leaders will share lessons learned from the challenges and opportunities presented in recent years to open a dialogue about the appropriate responsibilities of cultural institutions and leaders to their staff, communities, and the world.
