Linda is a strategist, creative thinker, and a transformation and partnership specialist in the Australian arts & cultural sector. She is passionate about shaping cultural districts that strengthen local economies, create an enhanced sense of place, and that deepen local cultural capacity.
Linda leads the enterprise transformation at Arts Centre Melbourne, Australia’s largest performing arts venue. Linda has been instrumental in implementing the organisation’s pandemic recovery and transition strategy, whilst working in collaboration with key stakeholders to undertake the largest organisational transformation in its 40-year history, enabled by a once-in-a-generation investment into the Melbourne Arts Precinct by the Victorian Government.
With qualifications in Arts Management and Psychology, Linda has held leadership positions at leading institutions including beyondblue, The Song Room, Western Australia Museum, Tura New Music, and Perth International Arts Festival.
Her strong commitment and passion for the For Purpose and Arts sector, has evolved through her extensive work with Not-For-Profit, community, and corporate organisations. This broad experience has enabled her to develop practical and long-lasting solutions for organisations, lead with engagement, and foster productive, rewarding partnerships, including collaborations with PwC, Singapore Airlines, NAB, Target, AFL, Richmond Football Club, Tennis Australia, and Cricket Australia.
A loving wife and step-Mum, Linda is currently learning her heritage language of Slovenian, and can be found boxing, running, cycling, or doing yoga on most days. She is also a proud regular donor to Animals Australia
